At Geek Master Digital Services, we’re dedicated to ensuring you’re 100% satisfied with your experience. If you ever face issues, like accidental double charges, unmet design expectations, or missed delivery deadlines, rest assured, we’ve got you covered with a full refund.

Refund Options

Within 48 hours – You’re eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% service & processing fee).

48-120 hours – You can get a 33% refund (minus a 10% service & processing fee).

After 120 hours – Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. However, we encourage you to talk to us about your concerns.

Design Requirements

To keep things smooth, please share project details and requirements within 7 days of placing your order. If not, the paid amount becomes non-refundable.

Refund Request Process

• Reach out to our support team and share your concerns.
• We’ll try to fix things through revisions. If that doesn’t work, you’ll get an email approving your refund request.
• Once you receive the refund, all design rights shift to Geek Master Digital Services. You won’t retain any rights to the design or its variations.

Transfer of Design Rights

By accepting a refund, you’re agreeing to:

• Relinquish all direct and indirect rights to the design, including its content and media.
• Acknowledge that you have no ownership interest in the design.

Copyright Acquisition

We work with government copyright agencies to officially register ownership of refunded designs. This prevents these designs from being used as original works in the future.
